A total of 27 stat points are given to distribute amongst every stat.

Upgrading any stat to 9, 10, 11, 12, or 13 costs one stat point.

Upgrading any stat to 14 or 15 costs two stat points.

With point buy, the minimum stat value you can have is 8 and the maximum stat value you can have is 15.
